Va Disability

Postby jamesdimaria » Sat Mar 13, 2010 9:53 am

Hi,

Retired reserve Naval Special Warfare. As you may guess i have had several different injuries of the past 30 years. Currently receiving a combined disability rate of 60% for shoulder injury, lower back spondolisis with herniated disks and significant loss of hearing in my right ear. What is the highest rating per limb? I need a shoulder replacement and have had doctors write the VA that this is so. Additionally i need a lower back fusion, i cant sit anymore, I'm in constant pain. I had to leave a full time job because of this. I'm currently thinking about going for VA unemployability, what are my chances of getting this? Additionally i have applied for Social Security Disability . My attorney has told me that i have a very good chance of getting this. Thanks to all of us vets and thanks for the info. Jimmy D.
